  1. Open your web (the one in your dropbox)
  2. From the File menu select "Publish Web"
  3. Specify the location:  www.ouhsd.org/ohsweb/x    (x=your last name)
    1. Publish only changed pages (if this choice is not visible- first click on "Options")
    2. Include subwebs
  4. Close all windows
  5. Open browser and type into the address:  www.ouhsd.org/ohsweb/x  (x = your last name)
  6. From the File menu select "Edit with Front Page"
  7. Make a small change on your home page, save and close all windows
  8. Verify:
    1. Open your web (the one in your dropbox)
    2. You should not see the change you just made
    3. Open www.ouhsd.org/ohsweb/x 
    4. You should see the change you made.
    5. Decide which version you want to keep
    6. Close all windows
  9. Open the version you want to keep
  10. Publish this version to the other location:
    1. If you kept www.ouhsd.org/ohsweb/x then publish to your drop box: \\topaz\public\students\dropboxes\x\x
    2. If you kept the copy in your dropbox, then publish to www.ouhsd.org/ohsweb/x
